Dear sir, I have been cheated by one the Indias fraud company called India Bizline solutions pvt ltd. (club leisure). I got a call from then saying that they would like to verify my ICICI bank credit card. I told them that I do not have time now to talk they repeatedly told me that I will get some offer which is completely free of cost for that I just have to verify my existing credit card. If i do the same then I will get offer equivalant to 5509 which is completely free of cost. After that when i verify my credit card no. and cpv no. then autometically 5509 rs. have been deducted without any information. Request you to take immediate action on this type of company for that I need your help.

This is to bring to your immediate notice that a transaction has made by india bizline online solution by Deliberately giving WRONG and False information. i have received the call from dated 17/01/2012 to 19/01/2012. the tel number was +911409580045 and +911409580049,i am from the SBI Bank and they told me that you will get the free vouchers and a Polo watch as you are the valuable customer to SBI credit card and you have a clear record on credit card he has explain the benefit of the offer. He has offer me a polo watch plus travel voucher and one club gold card which will eligible for 20% discount on the each transaction. at no cost he has told me that to avail this offer u have to verify ur card details and he has connected my call on IVR after the i have verified the details,till that IVR INFORMATION ,NONE OF THEM EXECUTIVE HAD INFORM ME THAT THERE IS 5509/- ONE TIME CHARGE I HAVE TO PAY FOR THAT....later i have come to know that, it has charged me on my credit card of RS 5509 /- means it's fraud transaction without intimating any charges. i am going to launch the complain in consumer court my name is PRIYANK GANDHI mobile number 09824031092 please review my case and lodge the complain company & feel pity for the customers like me who trust these kind of people. I therefore request you to cancel the transaction and the card immediately and refund me the amount. Since this has been unethically done by suppressing the facts, I would be compelled to take a LEGAL actions if you do not return the amount of Rs 5509/-. I expect that being a good organisation you will return the amount wrongly taken from me.
