    Angry Complain agaist HSBC Credit card department

    To

    New Delhi

    Subject:-> showing outstanding huge amount on my HSBC Credit card account which already expired and not in use since Aug 2007.

    HSBC card no:-4384 5999 1096 9483
    TYPE-VISA
    Vaild From:-- 12/06 to Vaild Till: 12/08
    Name on card :-AKANSHA GUPTA

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am Akansha Gupta ,had a HSBC card which is expired in 2008 and i have not made any transaction since 2007 .I used to paid all unbilled amount of each month usage through online netbanking .i have all the kotak mahindra bank statement between 2006 to 2007 .
    A Tata AIG policy was issued on this card and this policy is closed after few months and right now no outstanding is showing on TATA-AIG policy(Policy no :-BTM01000027779).
    I have insured this thing from tata aig customer care.now issue is come into picture and i got to know in the month of july 2011 when i have applied home loan in HDFC bank .A CIBIL report came to me from hdfc bank regarding clarification .According to CIBIL report ,HSBC credit card unbill amount has been due on me which is almost 20000(Twenty thousands) .However card has been expired and closed after that each month so many service charge and tax .i asked for a statement from HSBC statement showing 319 Rs. pending for TATA-AIG policy (Policy number :-BTM01000027779).

    I am very much shocked to see on 319 rs. huge service tax and late payment charge has been added moreover TATA-AIG policy is ahowing no outstanding and poilcy has ben canceled long time back.

    I requested to HSBC to waive off these charges but did'nt get any positive response.
    I will enclose all mails and banck statement.
    Kindly consider my query and do me needful help.

    Looking forward a positive response.

    Hope you will consider my case with utmost sympathy and take necessary steps at your earliest convenience.

    still this issue is open and there is no any response from their side as 7 month has gone to send the complaint.
    so please try to solve this issue as soon as possible.
