Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Dilip Kumar Das, had a HSBC Credit Card which is expired on Feb 2011.This is regarding complain of wrong statement,double charging & non settlement/refund of double charging amount from HSBC.I would like to inform you that i was the valuable customer of HSBC & paying all my dues well in time but HSBC wrong statement , double charging & non refund of double charge by HSBC is really very painful for me.Details of communication between HSBC & me are also enclosed with this comlain.Pls go through all the trailing mails starting from the 1st complain on dtd. 02 May 2011 to end with last complain 13 Sep 2011.

Dear Sir,
We are please to inform you that i have many complains against HSBC Statement & Staff.Complains are as follows:
(1) Even after several request i am not receiving my correct statement with settlement of Rs.7500 which has debited from my Icici A/c & paid to Icici Prudential Life Insurance through HSBC.Request you to settle Rs.7500 which has been debited from my Icici A/c for payment of Icici Prudential Life Insurance through HSBC.
(2)I had a call from HSBC Mumbai that Renewed HSBC Credit Card has been courierd to Indore HSBC Office.Please collect the renewed card in next 3 working days.I have visited HSBC Indore Office as per instruction given by HSBC Mumbai Office through phone but i haven't yet received renewed card.But in statement you are charging Rs.350 & Rs.700 as Additional Card Annual Fees & Primary Card Membership Fees respectively which are consistently showing in statement since Feb 2011.I have given a written complaint in your Indore Office after discussion with your HSBC Personnels & also given my personal no. & requested them to inform me after receiving of renewed card but till date none has called me.
(3)I have already complaints many times in customer care to resolve my settlement problem.Even i have given written complain in your Indore Office but still i have no solution.Consistently my overdues are increasing even after payment by me well in time.
(4)Last but most important bad behaviour of your personnel.Even many personal request i had too many calls from your representative.They were ( are ) calling me from landline no. like 04040342000 , 04067347890, 04039807000, 0403807400, 04066288330, 04039807500, 04067347830, 04066502700, 04044370400, 04067347860, 04030728471, 04039807400, 04039807600, 04044370300, 04039140800, 04067347800,04039807000, 04039140800, 04066288360,0404034200004039807500, 04067347860, 04039172463, 04030442968 etc.They were ( are ) calling me more than 40 times in a day even after my personal request.I had requested to your personnel that i am in mumbai & in meeting & also in roaming.Pls call me on monday but even after my request they were irritating me.This is not at all a professional behaviour of your personnel.They have to know how to take the follow-up of customer(s).
I have a good track record as a customer with HSBC & i have always paid my due amount well in time but wrong statement & non settlement of wrong charges is really irritated me.Sorry Sir i can't pay the dues which are showing wrong in statement sent by HSBC until or unless above said complains will solve.

Dear Sir/Madam,
This isn't a correct reply.Once Rs.7500 has been debited from my Icici A/c by HSBC which has used for payment of Icici Prudential Life Insurance then how can i pay the same to HSBC?Means you are charging the payment which is already been debited by you.Yes,this is right that regardless of checking of my statement i was always paying the due amount.Even i am not receiving hardcopies of statement.But as a Service Provider you have to solve the problem of customer(s).Request you to settle the Debited Amount in my statement.I can't pay the due amount untill or unless my statement will be revised.
What about charges ( Rs.700 & Rs.350 ) of renewed cards which isn't yet received by me.Both amount should also be settled in statement bcoz i haven't yet received renewed cards but you are showing in statement.I will only pay the charges of renewed cards once the same will received by me.

Thanks for your response.Pls find attached the statement of HSBC Credit Card for the month of Nov 2010.
Details of the statement are as follows:
Opening balance : Rs.3343.07
Cash Payment : Rs. 400.00 CR
Net Outstanding Balance: Rs.10924.36
But you have also charged Rs.7500 which has already been debited from my Icici A/c which is also reflecting in attached statement.Request you to also settle Rs.7500 & provide me fresh statement at the earliest.

Dear Sir,
Even after many request you haven't yet settled amount of Rs.7500 which has been debited from my Icici A/c.Apart from this complain i would like to notify you that Net outstanding amount is endlessly increases even more than minimum due amount is being paid by me well in time.Your statement is just showing that i will be debtor of HSBC bank till my death bcoz your are not settling amount which has been deposited by me well in time.This is the last time when i will deposit minimum due amount.I will not deposit minimum due amount from next month onward untill or unless above said amount is not been settled & HSBC will send me rectify statement.
