when i did not recieve renewed credit cardit card i visited their credit card office at 2nd floor,jaljog circle,jodhpur on 29.06.2010.i was told to renew/get my new address registered as new cards ere sent to ur old address,i registered the change in my address,which was confirmed by icici card message on my cell no 09314710583 stating-sr144942440 is registered on 29.6.10.it will be processed in9 working days.
then again i recd i message on my above cell on 08.07.10 stating-sr144942440..dear customer.we are unable to update your address

then on 8.7.10 i went to icicibank credit card deptt 2nd floor,jaljog circle,jodhpur to enquire about the problem.i was directed to one mr jitendra,whose behaviour was very unbecoming of a person representing a customer friendly bank like yours.he was rude and arrogant.pl look into my tsese both complaints

I have been asking for a settlement for my Credit Card account No 4477468141281001 since the past 1 and a half years. I have been following up with you bank and they have always promised to make the settlement and on the pretext never send me a settlement letter however I hade made a payment of 12,000/- in the month of March that is 05/03/2010 against the settlement and as I got delayed in paying the remaining amount in time my settlement amount was increased as I was unable the make the payment. I made a payment in the month of June 2010 of Rs 2000 as I visited your Office at Bhandarkar road , Pune , Maharashtra and met Mr. Vibhor Kapoor who promised a settlement of 18,000/- against which i made a payment of this 2000. Rs. I spoken with Mr Vibhor Kapoor I was to break my Fixed deposit and make the payment and i was to inform him as soon as i did that and I informed him and he was to send the settlement letter which I never received from him. I then again on 9th July a payment of 2500/- which was promised by the executive will be deducted by the sellement amount. I visited Mr Kapoor and Mr Mishra on the 24-07-2010 who also sits in your Bhandrkar Road office and there they increased my settlement amount to 20,000/-!!!! what shound I call this ... harassment and extortion of money.... However, on this agreement these two Gentelmen promised to send me a Settlement letter on 26-07-2010 Monday and still have not received the letter and Mr Kapoor tells me the last date to make the payment is 31-07-2010, with out a Settlement letter? This is Harassment Sir.. and I have all the bills against this payments made.

To also inform you that I am a missionary since 2008 and with out a job since and that is the reason for this settlement and i will not be able to make payment, In spite of telling this to your Company and not been given consideration and only extorted money.

I kindly ask you to look into this matter immediately as I am leaving for the mission on 31st of July and get back to me. This has created a very bad impression of your company. MY number 9762149705

I have been asking for credit card payment 5xxx9005 in the name of Mr. Bunty Thakur, in every month through SMS and call. I have informed that this mobile number 9711002566 in my name i.e. Shreesh Asthana and not in the name of any Mr. Bunty Thakur, please correct your record but there were no any changes in record and I am asking continuously for payment of above mentioned credit card. It seems that Mr. Bunty Thakur was previous user of the same number. I have request to ICICI to correct the record and do not send me any sms for payment.

ICICI is highest level in bank cheating amonng the country. There are more than 4000 cases pending aganist icici bank - ins - mutual funs and other services.

Pls read the below issue released on daily thanthi on 17th sep 2010 friday
sep 17/2010 icici bank branch manager nalliswaran. Arrested for misuse of others credit card, and supported the misusers.cheated upto 15 lakhs from customers.

Who stole customers cr card numbers and used for booking air tickets and other services.
It not a dificult to find the credit card number and other details for the bank mangaer. Card users be carefull with icici bank.
I am posting this as i am too suffered by icici bank a lot. I have used for 3 thousand and i paid 18000 for this fraud bank within a year.. As a interest in public intrest i am posting this.

one day one of the executive call to me and asked to convert to EMI, a greed to covert to EMI after that i was given a minimum amount cheque to him, but he is debit the amount from my account and credit the late payment don't convert to the EMI, i was pay around 7,000/- in three months after 4 month another executive call to me for settlement of the card amount @ 16,000/- once again i will give the cheque this fellow is done same, Presently the credit card payment attached to my Salary account hold, the executive is not response to my phone call.

I am holding your Credit Card (VISA 4477 4601 4165 7017) since 12/2003. As I work as DGM in a Corporate, I travel frequently by Air and my travel bookings are done through my cards. I do have other cards (AMEX, RBS etc)which give a very high limit that suits my spends every month and so i preferred to close ICICI Credit card with a much lesser limit. Hence I approcahed ICICI customer care on 15th Oct 2010 regarding the closure of my account. The reason given above was specified to the CC executive (Ms.Nazmin )too. She had asked me to go on for a Credit Limit enhnacement and also confirmed that I would be eligible for a PLATINUM CARD. Based on her words, I have faxed my latest Salary slip to Mumbai too. The SR request No.SR155142300 was given to me inturn stating that I should get the new card within 10 days. When I contacted today (26th Oct 2010), the CC replied that the LIMIT ENHANCEMENT is declined due to NORMS of the bank. The NORM was not specified and I feel greatly insulted by such a response. The fact remains it was not my interest to go for a credit enhancement rather it was insisted by ICICI executive. When I have other Reputed Bank cards with me with fabulous limits, I need not have to beg ICICI for limit enhancement. My record as on date is very clear and never was I a defaulted ever since the card was issued to me. Is this the way a customer should be treated? I would like to take up this issue through the Proper legal Channel as it is a personal insult to my social status and also created a mental agony. With great pain, I have opted for the cancellation of my card immediately. Henceforth, I shall not approach ICICI for anything in my life.

I have a complaint against
a. ICICI Bank Credit Card Division, and

I hold a ICICI Bank Credit Card No. 4076 xxxx xxxx 0004

1. The Bank has asked for a payment of Rs. 14,265/- wheras as per my calculation attached and sent to the concerned person on 18th May 2009, there is no payment outstanding against me.

2. The Bank officials have been calling/pestering/threatening me for payment and clearing the dues.

3. On their request, I made the entire calculations and have sent to them, clearly explaining them every transaction. But they have not responded to it yet.

4. on 21.10.2010, they have debited my Savings Account No. 02140xxx3592 with the same bank for Rs. 14,264.94 to settle the credit card dues, without my permission.

5. I am totally shcoked as to how a Bank can allow any amount to be deducted from my account without my permission or approval. And also how a credit card company can hack into my account and take away my money?

Will request you to look into the matter and order the bank to return me my money.

I am holding valid Icici bank credit card 4477 4682 4690 6007, valid upto March 2013. I am paying my dues within due date. All these days there is no reminder calls from Icici.

My billing date is 23rd of every month. On 18th November paid Rs. 15000/-. I was under the impression that I have paid December due date amount also.

My cut off date of minimum due payment is 12th of every month. I have forgotten to pay the due payment of December,2010 Rs. 8500/-. Same has been reminded by the credit card department on 17th December. I assured the official to pay the amount on 17th instant. When I had been to bank - bank is not operating due to Moharam holiday. Same thing informed to the credit card department, and informed that latest by Monday I will pay the entire due amount.

This is regret to inform that even though I informed the department. From Friday to till Saturday evening I got 20 calls, as if I am defaulter. From the records it is evident that I am prompt payer. For the delay of six days and even informed that i will pay by Monday. Every hour credit department is calling and threatening to send the people for collection of due amount. I informed that I am out of station on my return latest by 20th I will pay the entire due amount of 8500/-. Even on Saturday evening got a phone call and informed that they are sending the people to my residence and I have to advise my wife to clear the dues.

I do not understand what mistake i have made, am i running away with the ICICI funds - the bank cannot wait for the immediate working day. Is the bank has any decency and commonsense.

Bank already debited late payment charges. I am a prompt customer, as per credit card rules, since the bank debited late payment charges, i am entitled to pay the due amount in the next billing period. I assure you by 20th, December 9.01 PM your entire amount due amount will be paid.

I request kindly look into this matter.

My son, Mr. Hemant Soni, while his employment with a multinational company, had a salary account with ICICI Bank, with account # 002101531738. The bank offered him a Credit Card # 4477463624596009. He does not remember when he has used the same. However, he settled the outstanding dues for Rs.3000.00 on 27.07.2006 vide receipt No.CC 0606 1183628. A letter of payment and clearance of dues was also obtained dt 27.07.2006. There after no communication was received from the bank. However, a letter dt 20.05.2011 was received stating there in that his savings bank account has been put to a lien marking against his outstanding towards Credit Card # 4477463624596009.

The scanned copies of all three documents being attached for your information and necessary sorting out the matter please. I think he has issued some cheque out of his above savings bank. If at all the cheque are returned due to lien marking of the bank, the bank deserves a case
