Default Complaint Against imint Reward Program

Hi,
This complaint is against imint india which boasts of being India's No.1 Rewards Program. But infact the service is very very poor. All my points of ICICI Bank Credit card are being transferred to imint by default. And this is the first time I opted to redeem my points accumulated in imint. The redemption Order Batch id : 268014. I had redeemed the points on 23rd of July 2010 and got a confirmation for the same with a delivery time of Maximum of 10 working days. When I did not receive the product in 15 days then i called up the customer care and checked it out with them. Then I was given a complaint No 469630 and was told that I will get the product before 25th of August 2010. But I did not receive anything. Again when i called up the customer care and asked for an update I was told that I will get a cal from imint regarding the same. But Im very sorry to say no one bothered to cal me up. Its not a question of just a small product but it is actually how imint is cheating the customers. They dont have any right to commit such false services and delivery time to the customers when they are not capable of doing so.

Default Imint

I am an account holder of ICICI bank since June 2010. I have made purchases worth more than 25K in every quarter till now. However, i am seeing that i have not got any Imint points, when i contacted imint they said my points are not transferred to imint, whereas ICICI people say that this service is outsourced and they cannot do anything. My account no is 107001507228(Name: Anzer Ahmad Khan). Can you please help me out with this.

Thumbs down ICICI Please Stop Using IMINT

The most useless reward program.

One ICICI Point = 1 imint point

And 1 imint point = 25 paisa equivalent for all vouchers.

All the other backs gives at least 8- paisa to 1 rupee value for every reward point.

What a SCAM
