I have write the following letter to Standard Chartered Bank. They have threaten me to handover my case to civil without any physical clarification. Kindly do the needful.

Respected Sir / Madam
This is reference to the above said subject My self Neeraj Kumar having a Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card for the last few years. Approx. In the m/o Aug-09 I have taken a DD of Rs. 8000/- from the request of your customer care that this DD is being interest free for the three month.
When times come for payment without receiving the statement as on my mailing add. I have so many times ask/ request for the statement but neither i have recd the statement nor till date i have not received any statement from your side.
And also not received any Advance call regarding the payment.But I have paid the amount during that time, but i assume that some delay for 2-3 days my side for waiting the statement.
But 10-15 days earlier a call come from your end that payment of Rs. 5300/- Approx. due on my card and executive offer me to settle the case in Rs. 1800/- then another call came they offer me to settle in Rs. 1500/- and final call came from to settle in 1350/-.and they have also threaten me that if i am not going to settle the amount they file my case in civil department and disturbed my track record.
If bank is right in their demanding why did they offer such type of discount to me or anybody. After my self check my status from any other banker they said my rating is 780 Point it is good & enough rating. I have already 6 Banks Credit Card from all reputed Bank and all have higher limit then the SCB. & also continuing 2 Personal Loan from reputed Bank. you can also check through my PAN NO is given in top.(My payment track record and etc.)
So how can i am responsible for not making the payment on time, I have getting higher limit in every card as comparison of SCB. On today i have taken advise from my Consultant & Your customer care executive regarding the same and they advised me to write a final mail regarding the same.
Your customer care executive assured me that they have doing a action with in 24 hours after receiving the mail and try to settle the matter with in my limit and penalized those to harassed me during this period.
I hope that yourself give me a justice or resolve the issue in this regard as soon as possible to continue my association with the bank in future. You can check my all data through my detail with you, and if yourself required any information regarding the same i am always with you to co-operate yourself in this matter.
An early confirmation to the above is requested. Kindly confirm through my mobile no. is given below, because some time i am unable to check my mails for a long time.
