    Post Compliant against the credit card department of Deutsche bank

    This is to inform that I was using credit card of deutsche bank (card No :-5160 ---- ---- 6006) & was making regular payment. but due to some personal problems I could not pay the minimum due for a month or 2.. after that I was again in the same form of payment but the agency people are harassing so much that I was not willing to do the same.. because the guy did not came to pick up the cheque & the agency people forced me not to deposit the cheque in the drop box & hence they levied the late fees on them which I refused to pay & these people continuing the same thing & whenever I wanted to talk to somebody the people changes from one place to another or my payment bucket changed. Therefore I was unable to co-ordinate with the exact person.

    As I am willing to make the payment but your people are not allowing me to do this.. They are very rude.
    Using abuse languages, abusing & harassing my parents on phone & even by personal visits to home in my absence..They do not understand the same, when I am making the call nobody is attending my phone & not reverting me on my number.

    This is not the correct way to behave like that & harassing the family members,
    My mom is housewife & the person visited named Prakesh ( 9222014799 ) was abusing my mother & forced her to be with him at police station & was asking her to make compliant against me.

    whereas when I am asking for the total break up since last 2 .5 month that is since Apr’10 for my purchase, interest, Late payment Charges & Payments made. No body is giving me & arguing about the payment only. I was in touch with Mr Vaibhav – 9920117682.
    But he said he will give but did not provide & the case changed to Mr Saneth- 8976464864 / 61485211. I asked him the same thing But he clearly refused to do the same & forcing me to make the payment the same day itself..

    I am not getting the clear picture & day by day my amount is increasing. I had once visited to deustche bank – Nirlon house to meet vaibhav , but he was nt available & was not picking up my phone & did not reverted & came to know that he has shifted.

    I am very much disappointed with the behaviour & service of Deutsche bank people & hence not keen on making payment untill & unless I get some proper and appropriate way & answer.
    I don’t know what is the problem with people providing my information at a glance at one short,incase they are trying to hide somthing than WHY ?

    I want some prompt action against this & proper communication with possibility of payment.

    Looking forward for the revert ASAP.

    Default Delay in changes in CIBIL

    Dear Sir,



    This is with reference to the telephonic conversation had with you, sending you the related copies of documents along with the details of the issue with regards .



    The issue was begin with the application of housing loan at HDFC housing for my housing loan, where HDFC housing referring to my Credit Information bureau report & inform that there is housing loan which was taken by my brother for his owned flat & in that I was guarantor .



    Although I had given only guarantee but latter when we discussed with ICICI housing informed that we take guarantor as joint applicant for loan & is equally owner of the flat as well responsible for Loan availed .



    As this was affecting the title of the flat we decided to change it to my mother & get my name removed from the title which I myself & my brother with discussion with mother finalized .



    As per the instruction provide by ICICI housing ,we submitted all the documents to them for making the changes in loan status as well as CIBIL report . we also tried to take acknowledgement for the original documents submitted to them but they informed that no such receipt is provided by ICICI housing & it is their normal practice.



    In instance, we found that it could be the part of their routine practice of receiving the documents without providing receipt , after that we where in regular follow up with ICICI housing Persons for the same . On every visit they informed that it takes almost 2 months to make the changes due to lengthy process at their end.



    On The event of not getting the proper reply & there was tremendous pressure from Builder TATA housing & refusal of HDFC housing to process loan application without the change. My brother Mr Swpnil jadhav decided to visit the Andheri Branch personally to get updated status .



    When my Brother visited to ICIC I Housing loan Andheri branch he has faced very unexpected consequences, he was told by the bank persons that they the original agreement of the flat which was financed by ICICI housing Along with the all the original documents submitted for change in joint applicant are missing & not at all traceable at where it is laying .



    On this feedback my brother informed them that ICICI have not informed the same to us & we were told from last 2 months that documents are under process & will get affected with changes as early as possible. Looking at situation my brother found that there is no confirmation with us for submission of the documents, hence requested to provide receipt of the documents which ICICI housing refused .



    They made my brother waiting unattended with rude answers that we will do the needful & inform status. After waiting for 4hours & putting the pressure to meet seniors ICICI credit manager Mr Srinivasan Poojary had came upfront who started the rood & abusing language with my brother & refused to Give acknowledgement .



    On informing him that he is registering case against the ICICI housings Managers behavior in andheri police station they provide the acknowledgement receipt with refusal to confirm in loss of the documents in writing .The Letter of the confirmation is enclosed for you reference ..



    After putting the more pressure ,after some days they informed that the documents were found in any other branch unnoticed & they are now sending the same for corrections.

    After the Month they have confirmed the same change & provided the loan statement to us where Joint Applicant name was changed From My name to my mothers”s name . They also informed that we have already sent correction to CIBIL & will effect in next month. .



    After month again HDFC on verification noticed that these correction where not done in CIBIL report & asked to make the said changes before disbursement is made .( clause is already mention in HDFC housing Sanction Letter ) .



    We again rushed to ICICI Housing for same which they are still informing that they are doing & looking to same .mean while we sent the Mails to ICICI customer support ID customer.care@icicihfc.com In response to his mail there was no system generated mail received from ICICI housing but many times receiving the rude & threatening answering telephone calls on my cells in this regards.



    Mean while my Builder TATA housing sent the demand letter for Interest on delay payments for restoring the agreement registered again to active for flat purchased from them on which finance was delayed by HDFC housing due to non changes of joint applicant by ICICI housing .Copy of the Paid cheque & receipt is also attached for your reference .



    Still We noticed that ICICI housing is not at all taking any steps to make the changes in CIBIL ,hence you are requested to please look into matter & also request you to penalized & recover these amounts along with fine for the harassment .
