Complaint ; After transaction of withdrawal Rs. 5000.00 before touching money went back in machine.
Immediatly informed to the bank on 5th Sept.,they forwarded to H.O. but reply received by bank
transaction completed.Shown all transaction made for 25000.00 to the bank along with last sleep of
rs.5000.00 of which money was not taken.It was obvious if money not lifted then then it would reflect
in their next days calculation,but bank says they have given service to franchise so they can't help.
