after 26/6/05 no one contact with me and suddenly they started calling on cell phone from last two
month. On march 2010 there was call from -39825712 and telling me that he is calling from lalbazar
police station (head quater of kolkata police) that a warrant has been issued against you and he
given a number -9903075274 to call him.when i call on 9903075274 then he said that he is working in sbi
legal department.again in the month of april 2010 the started calling from several no. 01243983720,
01243929290,01242350175. Someone said he is calling from delhi corporation and your regisnation letter has been typed another said he is calling from rbi legal department another said he is from court.

What is this?
Anyway i have received a legal notice from sbi legal department and i have consulted with my advocate to launched a case in the court.i am also decided to go bhawani bhawan (consumer court department) because they threated to my wife on cell phone in several ways.
Please stop all these , once again i requesting to sbi credit card department please bring settlement letter and collect balancing amount (rs.5000) in cash.
I hope you will do in my favour reply me as soon as possible.

Hi Ashraf,

As far as I know its some debt collection agency. You should go to the nearest police station and launch a complaint against people calling you like this or harassing your family.

Normally these people try to scare people so they settle their pending amount quickly but this is illegal and should be reported to the police with no delay.

You should take this matter up in court.

Dear Sir

I surendra pal singh we have the card of icici bank in 2006 . At that time i made the payment regularly and i deposit all the money to the agent in 2007 . The agent says your there is no payment due on your card . On that was the day to till date company does not given any statement from that period that means there is no due on my credit card . But in this year suddenly the ICICI BANK deduct the payment Rs.20170/- on my saving account . I always inform by mail that time please do not deduct any payment on my saving account which is also in icici bank. when i asked the customer care why my payment deducted on my saving account they says you do not pay last 33 months any payment so i deduct the payment .

sir i am very said . is this possible bank return my payment .

one thing is that there is no papers at present include credit card.
