Sir,
My name is Gwendaline D'cruze and i would like to lodge a complain against ICICI bank for breaching into my bank a/c #017701544606 and transferring money towards my ICICI Credit card for the amount of more than 11,000/- without any written or verbal information.
I had missed my minimum payment for few months due to which the minimum payment due had shot upto 21,000/-, i made a payment on my card last month for the amount which was more than the minimum due amount. I made a payment of 23,000/- for which i still hold the receipt with me as proof.
After i deposited this amount i spoke to an ICICI Customer Service Representative and confirmed if the amount had been received and in return received a positive reply for the same.
The representative also stated that my account is secured and i can keep making partial payments whenever possible in order to avoid any hassles on my credit card.

On this date of 30/07/2010 ICICI bank transfered more than 11,000/-from my savings cum salaried account towards my credit card # 4477474590457001 without informing me verbally or through any written consent from the bank.

I also have a personal loan with HDFC Bank and if you check my payment history for the past 1 year i havent missed any installments infact all my finances and debts are well taken care of. Im the only working member in my family who has a widowed mother and we stay in a rented house in Delhi.

Please do something to help me as i am financially broken and i just dont know what to do coz i have alot of bills pending at my head eg: my house rent, electricity bill, internet bill and most important of all my loan installment is due on 4th of every month which is 7400/-.

i had registered a complaint few days ago about my salary account being breached by ICICI bank for the credit card payment on which you have looked into and i am happy for the response and action from your side, but now i m fallen in to more problems as i had mentioned in my prev letter to you stating about a loan from HDFC bank that i had taken last year and the EMI's used to be taken from my ICICI salary account but becoz ICICI bank blocked my account and took away my funds from that acct i was unable to get the EMI to HDFC loan , yesterday the collection department from HDFC Bank had called up my grandparents in W. Bengal and haressed them and said that i have taken a loan last year for 3 lakhs and have yet not paid any money back to the bank. My first issue is that why did the collection department call my grandparents and haress them and i live in Delhi why did the bank not reach me. The second issue is that the collection department has no rites to give out my personal information to any third unauthorized party. Third issue is that i have been paying my loan EMI's regularly and its just this month i had not been able to do so and i did call HDFC bank and informed them. My Loan acct number from HDFC bank is 15282799. Due to all this my Grand mother who is a heart patient got upset and has fallen ill and because of ICICI bank taking away my money was unable to even complete my mum's medical check up's this month. I have even received my Credit card Statements i had a Statements last month generated stating that the min due to be paid was Rs 2,650.00 and the due date to pay it was 01.08.2010 and this month statement is also generated and the min Due asked by me to be paid is Rs 2,080.00 and its due to be paid by 01.09.2010, i checked my ICICI bank account online but it still shows up blocked with a over drawn amt negative bal of Rs -41,431.07. Please look into this and see if this cud be resolved soon as you know that a credit card payment can be made in min dues but loan EMI's cannot be paid like that.

wanted to ask how long is this going to take cause i dont have a penny to even eat or buy stuff to have a proper meal and i dont even have money to get my mother's medicines , i am having alot of trouble in getting my ends meets. Please help ,

Hi Sir,
i was told by ICICI bank that they would resolve this by the 1st and the reming funds after they deduct Rs 7000 will be refunded back to my savings acct but today they sent me a mail which i will paste after i write my complaint for you to see it. even if they want they can deduct Rs 14500 in once and give mr back the reming amt to my salary acct .please look into this .I dont have money at all to even meet my Day to day ends
