I am holding credit card no: 4197890000105931 issued by PNB, ranchi(branch code: 0404).

Due to certain problems, i was unable to repay the dues and as a result card was blocked.

i cleared all the dues in 2nd week of may,2010 and also gave application to restore the card to noida office. application was recieved by noida office on 19th of may,2010.

On 2nd of june, i was asked by Mr.shukla to resend an application to noida office which i faxed at 0120-2580537.

Even i mailed on 1st of july,2010 regarding abovesaid.

Till the date i have not recieved any reply. Every time customer care just ask me to wait.

I need a satisfactory reply for abovesaid that why my card has not been restored when all the dues are cleared??? Or what should i consider??? Should i surrender the card & take the service of any other bank??

My self Rohit Mahesh Yadav, i am holding credit card no. is 4197 8800 0025 3021. I have deposited rs. 12950/- on 18 jan 2011 in my credit card at paldi branch, Ahmedabad. while last date of payment was 25 jan 2011. but the pnb branch has deposited the money on 07 feb 2011. hence there is interest : rs.476.39 and late fee : rs.269.67 charged on me.
