Hi,

I have been trying to get my credit card Account 5176 XXXX XXXX4009 settled for past one year but no one from the bank has actually helped me out. Two of them from the collection department called me up and asked me to make the [payment to 10,000 Rs at a shot so that they can get me the settlement letter which was a fraud, i had to fight with the executive to get me the receipt of the 10,000 rs(still i received the receipts partly 6000rs in the first day and 4000rs in the next day) that i paid which he denied to provide, but i have not received the settlement letter yet. Again i spoke to another executive who wanted me to pay an amount of 5000Rs and said will get my credit card settled last year 2009. It has not yet been settled. That was the second time they tried to fraud me . Now they call my friends and relatives to abuse them and harrass them instead of calling me up (THOUGH THEY ALREADY HAVE MY NUMBER) and providing a settlement letter which i have already asked for.
This needs to be sorted asap.


I HAVE PAID ENOUGH TO THE BANK. PLEASE CHECK THE PREVIOUS PAYMENTS I HAVE MADE. I AM NOT GOING TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR LAST ONE YEAR AS I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET IT SETTLED FOR ALMOST A YEAR NOW.I JUST HAD ENOUGH OF GETTING FRAUDED BY DIFFERENT PEOPLE OF THE COLLECTION DEPARTMENT EACH TIME.

I HAVE DONE BANKING WITH OTHER BANKS BUT THIS BANK HAS TROUBLED ME A LOT. tHIS SHOWS WHAT KIND OF SUBSTANDARD BANK IT IS. THIS KIND OF SERVICE IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.

THE BANK NEEDS TO KNOW THAT TO GET THE PAYMENT FOR THE CARD THEY NEED TO CONTACT ME AND NOT HARRASS ANY ONE ELSE.
