Dear Sir,
My brother is credit card holder of HSBC bank.He takes the card when he is on job .but after the leave job some finance problem he is faching .i am try to give help by paying regular instalment of pening money.
but the bank put a lots of charges they are not reducing the minimum amount they put same always and my amount become same ..form last one year i am faching problem.Second the call center of HSBC bank is worst..The people who are speaking they are very bad manner even with our house wife also they dont speak properly...They used bad words.on phone ,we take care while talking with ladies but they dont take care while taking with our house wife.So please sugest me what i do...some time i feel thati take sucide.
