i have lost my credit card bearing the no 4346781007718794 in the month of november. When i have taken the credit i was told that there is bajaj allianz policy which is free of interest . i have taken the same. the moment i have committed they have debited 15,000 towards the policy and i have been paying monthly
emi around 1320 even today the outstanding remain the same. Every month i am recieving the statement by 6th inspite of paying the amount before the due date i was imposed late fee of 500 when i have objected the same they said they will waive off.

After paying all the emis now they are sending the bill of 475 + services charge ==650 every month on what basis i have to pay the same. i have no idea. I want to get the statement where all my payments and transactions should reflect.so far i believe i have paid more than the usage.

This is the final time i would be intimating to you that i do not have any outstanding amount payable to GE Money , the same details i had so many times expalined to your customer care executive, kindly note the case that on your statment Dt. 24/05/2009 our purchase amount due was Rs. 17490/- & Rs. 550/- was towards annual maintenance charges , which we didnt wanted to pay as other Credit cards are not being taking the annual maintenance charges i had discussed with your customer case executive & he said than card will be cancelled acordingly we agreed .

I received letter of GE money Dt.22/06/2009 stating closure of GE Money card & confirming no dues outstanding on the said date by GE money from Mr. pravin D rajgor towards the same card.

In my next statment of 24/06/2009 i received the Credit of my payment of rs. 17490/- & Credit for 509.30 towards reversal of annual maintence charges, but additional Finance charges of rs. 399.03 was charged in the bill & there after since June-2009 to March-2010 every mont same Rs. 350 is being charged in each monthly bill , so whatever amount of due is claimed by you is towards your Financial charges of the same 10 months which we are not suppose to pay ,, kindly take not of the same & keep the record at your end for future.

I am Writing this letter regarding my SBI Card (Account number is 0004317575100036053)


I got legal notices from SBI credit cart at 18th March, 2011 and 06th April, 2011. They are stating there Rs. 18985.54/- is due. However I don't have any SBI card from last 5 years. I have already settled my account with SBI at 30th August, 2006 and paid the amount 1500/- to SBI representative. I had also submitted the credit card to the SBI representative in broken state at the same time.

My Settlement Tracer No. is TC-GGN882006274867

I have submitted the scanned copy of the settlement letter with receipt to SBI call center many times but these is not body to take care.

I had discussed with SBI customer case executive & he said than card will be canceled accordingly we agreed.

Can you help me because these things are put very bad impression on us and we are going to take some legal action towards this as this is my last conversation with SBI.

I am hoping to resolve everything asap.
