I am Prakash Poojar y And I am Holding Credit Card of ICICI Bank from 2006 and for last 2 years due to Job & Personal Health Problem I could not pay off the Tramsaction Amount and coulf just manage to pay off Minimum due charge which has not come to Rs. 65000/- till date.

I had approached in the month of September 2010 to Collection dept [ Ms. Pooja ] and she had offered me a settlement of Rs. 20000/- in 3 EMI . I had paid the said amount in two month and transaction details are as under : 1 St EMI - Rs. 8000 [ Cash - 3000 & Cheque amount Rs. 5000 ] Oct , 2nd EMI - 27. 11.10 Cash Paid Rs. 5000 /- [ Recpt No. 1011353684 dt. 27.11.10 cash collected By Mr. Sandeep Dubey -CardNo. 020914 & 4 Dec Cash Paid for Rs. 7000.00 the day I deposited the cash & informed Pooja Madam She confirmed me that amount is being credited into my Credit Card Account and she will Update the syatem & will organize to send the Settlement Letter in a Weeks Time.

I had called Pooja Madam on 24.12.2010 & 26.12.2010 and was informed that se is on leave will be joining after 101.01.2011.

Since then the telephone number is ringing and then upon enquiry with MTNL the number is out of Order due to cable fault and later on number is being changed.

Now afte 2 month i c got a call from Collection department on 10.03.11 for credit card payment I informed them my card is being settled and there is no due. the executive informd that he will check the system .

Then on 15.03.11 I once again received the call and was informed that there is no settlement on your card and have to pay for the outstanding amount. and on 18.03.11 at 6.00 Pm Credit Card Department has directly accessed by Personal Saving account which I recently open in Sinnar brach with ICICI on February had debited the entire Saving account amount of Rs. 7658.00 and balance 0.00 [ Nil ] . I immediately informed by brach and spoke to credit card dept but they said they have the authority to access the account and recover the payment . This is still not over again I got Call on 19.03.11 from Credit Card Collection department for Minimumapyment collection of Rs. 3200/- when i informed them aboutn payment already debited from Account , the executive is saying still you to pay more .

How can I settle this issue for once and all ? and also will never trap for Credit Card or anyt other banking service from atleast ICICI bank.
