Hi,

I had applied for HDFC Credit Card 1 month back. I received multiple verification call and even the verification was done at my residence which I provided and I was informed that you application is accepted and under process and later I received an SMS with reference number 11051815957430S3. But when I tried to contact the executive regarding my application/card status as I dint received my card even after 14 working days I was been informed that my application is kept in hold as at the time of verification I was out of town. at least I was not been informed about it unless I called back to know the status.

I request you kindly do process my application and send me the credit card at the earliest.
