I have an issued with Credit Information Bureau (India) Limited (CIBIL). CIBIL have updated wrong details against my name & profile.Few days ago, I have applied a personal loan in HDFC bank & they have rejected my personal loan, because of CIBIL have updated some wrong details against my profile. After this issue I have applied for a CIBIL report with 142 rs demand draft in CIBIL organization. I had seen that CIBIL have updated a wrong loan detail on my CIBIL report(CIBIL report Control No 427973810). Based on CIBIL report I had contact with BANK OF BARODA branch. After the Bank of Baroda investigation they told me & confirm me threw email. The following details are not match with my profile, name & the Bank of Baroda have also communicated an email to CIBIL for update the right information & details against my profile & Name. I have send @5 or 6 emails to CIBIL organization on info@cibil.com, & consumerqueries@cibil.com email id regarding this issue. But CIBIL have not updated my details as on today date & not replay my emails.

Hi,

My name was in a cibil default list for credit card, when i approched for a housing loan, i was denied for an approval. I was asked to do the settlement with the banks and subsequently i have settled the amount and was told they update the cibil with no records suit filed against me.

After i paid the amount there is no response from the bankers for last few months.

The banks are denial of the loans becuase of a poor credit history. Now many of them are willing do the loan by seeking 8 to 10 percent fo the sanctioned amount ( sundaram motors, idbi, icici, hdfc) name it they were seeking the amount for sanctioning the amount. the banks like repco and sundaram finance has cheated me by taking initial processing fees and done nothing for sanctioning amount the credit manager seeking 10 to 12 % of the money.

The many of the options to get loan easy is to submit fake documents. Mistakes might have happened at some stage but should have a solution it cannot be seeking bribe for the same.

what i have noticed is bankers suggesting me to apply for a new pan and provide wrong bank statements. How far it is genuine.

To apply for a bank loan do i need to be fraud?

I guess many of them facing the same situation. don't we have any solution for the same.

I had applied for a personal loan from HDFC Bank ltd. they rejected the application on grounds of cibil report .
The records are not updated as i do not have any loans except for housing loan.Kindly update the records

May i know why my credit card application was rejected , please check once again with CIBIL ,because i dont have any loans in any bank till now and Credit cards dues also.

before this I have received mail from city bank after i applied for city bank credit card
