    Default creditcard

    i had a very good account with hdfc bank.since last one year back my father expired and he is the only head of the family in my family.
    problem is we had a card in my name i was late in paying the emi to bank in which they charged late fees and i pay them after that with all penalities even though we talk with customer care hdfc bank about my problem that thet convert me into emi so that i can pay all over dues in time but in emi.
    after taking time one day they without entimate me deduct 36000 from my bank and without my concern we even talk to the concern person about detail and told we call many times for emi but no result from ur side.
    will you help me in any of my matter
