Sir, I have applied for credit card in HDFC bank twice. when first time after I applied I have not anything informed. when I enquired it was told that my documents has not reached them and asked to apply another time. This time the same reply with additional that my record itself was not there. my question here is if they cannot offer me card let them send back my documents what they have collected from me and is this the courtesy that the bank shows to customer even a word,that they cannot issue at this time. Moreover there raises a suspect that the bank people may use my document for any fraudulent usage as they hold my documents
