Hello,

I am sachin gala having citi credit card 5189 3694 1895 3007.

There is unpaid bill of around 12000/- which is not done by me.

Mobile bill and tata sky have been purchased using my card number.

The unpaid amount is under investigation by the bank.
Since two months i have not got any communication regarding the status of my complain.

Hope the procedure will be completed asap.
