Please be informed that I applied for an HDFC Titanium credit card and gave all the documents: Photo, Pan card copy, Id proof, office Id card copy, address proof and bank statements.The person who called me and promised me that my credit card would be delivered within 7 working days has stopped answering my calls.He told me that his name is Rohan Desai which I suspect is a fake name but I also have his Phone Number (08826925210).I also told him about my relationship with HDFC bank as I have already paid all the loans with HDFC bank duely and I don't want any fraud to happen with me or this application to be updated on my CIBIL as rejection.I also told him that there was fraudulent credit card taken under my name in 2008 and was disputed with Axis Bank but they updated it on my CIBIL and also gave him my date of birth to re-check if the credit card can be approved, he told me the there is no problem with it and the card will be approved and delivered to me within 7 working days but it didn't happen but the credit card application# 11091512967380N1 got rejected which causing my CIBIL scores to dip down.Recently my Citibank credit card was approved and a loan from HDFC bank has been approved too and I am making all the payments on time just because of the farudulent card updated on my CIBIL my scores are a little low which was told to the representative and he still gave me commitment that the card will be approved.I cannot afford to let my CIBIL scores go down just because of fake commitments from their representative and I wrote the mail to HDFC bank ywice for the same but there is no reply from them.

Kindly help me for the same, I will be highly obliged.
