Hello,

This is Kiran Hiremath, working in one of the MNC's in Pune.
I have taken a HDFC credit card about an year ago and a couple of months ago, i have made a series of transactions in ATM using my HDFC Credit Card unknowingly, for which I have been charged some around Rs. 1300/- as a service charges.

Later when I was having a conversation with one of the HDFC Credit Card customer care personell, I was asked to avail a HDFC ERGO life insurance to get the cash back of the service charges, I have been charged for my transactions (Rs. 1300/- approximately).

I did accordingly and its been over a couple of months I have been waiting for that cash back but I never herd anything back from them. I even called some 4-5 times enquiring for the same and even registered some four complaints for the same issue but returned with no response.

I kindly request you to take forward my request and assist me.
