    Sub : False/Wrong Outstanding against SBI card No.0004317575104058491

    I am Writing this letter regarding my SBI Card (Account number is 0004317575100036053)


    I got legal notices from SBI credit cart at 18th March, 2011 and 06th April, 2011. They are stating there Rs. 18985.54/- is due. However I don't have any SBI card from last 5 years. I have already settled my account with SBI at 30th August, 2006 and paid the amount 1500/- to SBI representative. I had also submitted the credit card to the SBI representative in broken state at the same time.

    My Settlement Tracer No. is TC-GGN882006274867

    I have submitted the scanned copy of the settlement letter with receipt to SBI call center many times but these is not body to take care.

    I had discussed with SBI customer case executive & he said than card will be canceled accordingly we agreed.

    Can you help me because these things are put very bad impression on us and we are going to take some legal action towards this as this is my last conversation with SBI.

    I am hoping to resolve everything asap.

    3. Legal Notice

    Hi SBI Cards,

    Already 2 days has gone with no update. I am a IT person and can guess how much time your system can take to see a account logs with its ID. Even you have Settlement Tracer No and you can get the details with just a quick query if your system well enough.

    Please tell me how much more time it will take, because i have to take some necessary actions ( may be legal) towards your legal notices as only 15 day period given to me by them.

    Default Irresponsible SBI Customer Care

    So SBI customer care = most careless , unsupportive, irresponsible customer care.

    I have submitted my first request to them at 27th April, 2011 and till now i didn't get any responsible answer from them. I have mailed them to their feedback.gesbi@ge.com and services.sbicard@ge.com with 2-3 reminders till now but still having no result.

    Ok see what i got from the auto responder mail when i mailed them at 27th April, 2011

    "Our Customer Service Executive will revert to you through call or e-mail within 7 working days.
    In case your query requires further investigation and takes a longer time, we will keep you informed on the time required for resolution."


    and result = no time frame , no contact just a single line at 03 May 2011

    "We wish to inform you that we have taken note of your request and we shall get the same resolved at the earliest."

    after that their customer support got disappeared.

    If any body is reading this thread please avoid the SBI services, they will never be a good support team if you will be in a trouble and even they will put you in trouble.

    Default Need hardcopy of Documents

    Hi SBI Card,

    I just got a call from your side saying that my account balance is turned to zero. But this is the same sentence that you said 5 years ago to me and after that you start applying charges on my closed account and tourchered me since then by phone, notices, letters. So I can't believe on you at all this time.

    So it will be better if you send me the document related to the issue stating that my account is now and will be at zero balance and SBI will not charge anything on this account in future. Along with this i want cancellation latter of both legal notices that you sent to me asap because legal notices are not a small things that i can ignore.

    Angry No result in my hand till now

    Hello SBI Card Customer Support,

    So here is the story 8 days ago you told me that you have dispatched no dues letter to my mailing address and you are looking for the reason of legal notices but i am sorry to tell you i didn't received any of the docuement from your side yet and even not any further clarifiction regarding the investigation of legal notices. can you please tell me how much more time your investigation team will take, or you guys forgot my issues. I will wait next 2-3 days more for no dues letter , if ill not receive that ill drop you mail and you will have to redispatch it to me on my mailing address as well as on my email address also.

    Can you please clear from your side, that your team really want form me to put the whole issue in front of the consumer court for the better process or what, because i am not seeing your team actually serious about the customer issues. Its already so much time had been taken in the small process and your team had already taken almost 1 month and still i dont have any result in my hand.

    I am hoping now you can understand the urgency of the issue regarding the legal notices and can work on it with top priority.

    I want to clear one thing to you i want each of the document as a hard copy regarding the investigation that you start with in the company for my issue or atlease send me the clarification docuement why this happended and why your orgination was so irresponsible from last 6 years and even didn't check about the account and all. I am not going to leave you this time and your orgination have to give all the answers in written to me.

    I am including Deputy General Manager (Customer Service) and Assistant Vice President in this mail and hoping he will be able to help me in resolving the issue.

    Its my humble request to you to please guide your customer support to solve the issues as earliest. I am writting mail to them from last whole month or more and asking for the result regarding the issue. Your team can tell you the my whole issue in detail.
