I would like to bring to your notice that I have a Citibank account and I am highly dissatisfied with the way I am receiving calls from Citibank for taking Credit cards. First of all, the person who calls is the rudest guy I have ever spoken with and after that he forces that we have opted for Credit card in our New Account form.
I would like to tell you that I never checked anything on the new account form except signing on the places where Citibank representative Mr. Shrenik told me to.

To my surprise, After telling STRICT NO to your credit card representative several times, I received a call from Blue dart couriers that they have my Citibank credit card.

Also I received a call from a number 080-64503254 on 1 Aug 10 (Time-4:45 PM) . The person was from Dispatch team of Citibank and he informed me to write a mail to RBI for complaint.
He also informed that there are so many people facing this same issue and that Citibank has various Card options available; But why are these officials forcing us to take Paid cards when Lifetime free cards are available.

Please help me out in this issue as I DO NOT want any Credit card from Citibank.
