Respected Sir/Madam,
I want to inform you regarding some fraudulent transactions made against my SBI gold credit card (5101-2869-2575-8890) on 9th Feb.2011 and lodge a complaint for these fraudulent transactions.
On 9th Feb. 2011 I received a message regarding a transaction made on my SBI credit card at BSES Delhi-Billdesk. Within 10-20 Minutes I received ten such messages (Ten transactions made for BSES DELHI-Billdesk), Detail of these transactions are attached with this application.
I immediately called to SBI customer care and inform them regarding these fraudulent transactions and asked them to block my card as well as these transactions immediately as these transactions was unbilled at that time. Customer care executive advised me to wait for two days as those transactions were unbilled. I sent fax “Dispute Form “copy to SBI.
I am in deep trouble right now. I did not make any transaction with this card after 4th Feb.2011 (Pantaloon Retail Shop, Lower Parel, Mumbai. Despite of this much of efforts bank is not cooperating with me.
As all the transactions are payment of Bills of BSES so it can easily track. I do not know the name and address of the persons whom bill was paid by my credit card.
