Fraudulent transaction has been happening in my SBI credit card No: 5264685324357159

Please rectify my problem,
My problem is –
On 12/11/11 At 2:30 am when I wake up then I found one sms in message box.(regarding the transaction of Rs.14697.63)
When transaction on my sbi card (11/11/2011 at 11.49 pm) takes place at that time I was sleeping.
I confirmed that the card in my wallet.
Then I block the card on I V R [2:40 to 2:50am] 12/11/11 and talking the customer care officer and tell my situation
Customer care officer tell me that when transaction is confirm then transaction dispute form is submitted to my email id –feedback.gesbi@ge.com or fax 01242567131
12/11/11 at morning I again talk to customer care officer [9:00am to 9:15am] and the registered a complained (complained no. is 0103160001700) this regard.
I sending dispute form to this mail & fax also.
(On18/11/11 reply comes by acharge back .sbi card@ge.com that Retail Transaction dated November 11, 2011 at MB*DIALCOM24 SP. Z O.O For Rs 15620.11 on your SBI Credit Card.
The investigation for these transactions has been completed. We confirm that the transactions are valid as they have been performed in a Secure Electronic Commerce environment and have been validated by your Card CVV and Date Of Birth over the Internet; hence the liability for the transactions rests with cardholder.
Since the card is still in your possession, we urge you to clear the outstanding balance at the earliest to avoid further late fee and finance charges on your card account)
My last transaction was payment Rs.110 to Vodafone-bildeskmumbai-Ind for recharge phone on 5th nov.2011.
I have never given my credit card details to anybody also I have never done any transaction in my credit card in any public computer. No body except me in my family uses the card
Please rectify my problem as soon as possible.
