Dear Sir/Mam,

I have a H.D.F.C Credit card from last 6-7 months and from last 5 months i haven't use my card and in past i had only used 2000/--2500/- only but suddenly a courier comes to my address that i had used an amount of Rs11,969.55/- without any prior information and intimation and still after complaining to their customer care no replied had still come.

They are also not providing my details to me and information regarding my credit card statement.
