My credit card no is 4023 XXXX XXXX 0007. Mr. Ajay (8898463989/022-61188735 to 76) from ICICI Bank is behaving very rudely on phone and forcing me for the Payment. he is using rude language & entertaining in personal things. he and his team is really Harasing by calling again & again. They also calling at my office contact no and misbehaving with my coulegue.

I explain the real fact of mine and the problem. I told him several times that i am ready for settlement on 35000/- but they are not listening and using rude language again and again.

he should know how to behave with a customer.Beacuse of her monthly target she forget to repect the customer.

If i do anything wrong with him for his behavior then i am not responsible.

So Please advise, what should I do.

As per the RBI act, the Bank / the recovery agents cannot follow such unruly policy. You can take legal help and you can sue the bank. Mostly it is the recovery agents who adopt such kind of unprofessional behavior. You need to reach out to an advocate and let him know this.
