ICICI Bank recovery agents have been harassing me a lady and my father on our mobile numbers. I have not taken any loan from ICICI Bank / nor have any credit card defaults with them. we have been receiving threatening calls from the Recovery agents. The people who call us are Pradeep balakrishnan, Bharath and Rajaguru.

The numbers where the calls come from are as follows: 9171123760, 9600066781, 04439992700, 04439992600, 9176281020, 9884752000, 8122276815, 04430516472.

I am planning to lodge a complaint in the ladies police station on the harassment meted to us by the ICICI recovery agents.

As per the RBI act,

the agents should not resort to intimidation or harassment of any kind, either verbal or physical, against any person in their debt collection efforts, including acts intended to humiliate publicly or intrude into the privacy of the [B][U]borrower's / credit card holder's FAMILY MEMBERS, referees and friends, making threatening and anonymous calls or making false or misleading representations.

I had to block the number I was having for the last 7 years because of this harassment by ICICI bank.

04439992600 yes this number disturb us also many times. he say he is manager icici bank. very foul language he use. and other number calling are 01146101130 and 01146101147 and 01146101119 and 01146101035. police complaint is must here
