i had taken a loan against property from hdfc bank vide agreement no.3053211. i had been very prompt in paying the EMIS for the past three years. but i as not able to pay the EMI due for the month of May 2010, and i recieved a legal notice at my office address and at my residencial address saying that i have been constantly defaulting in making payments, hich is not true. one more EMI due in the month dishonoured. this is due to some financial crissis that i am undergoing. but the banks recovery agents keep coming to my house vithout calling vhen i am not at home and have been troubling my vife, she is pregnant and this is very bad for her the name of the agent is raj and contact no. is 09663357640.one other person calls and talks in an abusive tone his name is jagadeesh contact no,09341604613. please advise them to stop it. and i ill make sincere efforts to clear all dues even othervise they have my property pledged to them as security.vhy should they harass me and my fmily members. kindly do the needful.

Today I received a call from a recovery agent telling me that he is the inspector and is going to prepare arrest warrent against me because Adv. K L Pradhan has filed a case against me.He asked me to talk to pradhan and gave his phone no.. Pradhan told me that amount of Rs 52000 is pending against me. I enquired this in costumer care and got the confirmation that there is no amount due against my credit card. After thorough follow up and chase up, the matter came to a conclusion that there is another person bearing same name as of mine and the bank authorities have by mistake started recovering from me. These recovery agents has called at my home and have nearly abused my parents. My mother is totally traumatised and my father is in shocked state. I want to take legal action against the recovery agents and the HDFC bank. I have the phone nos. of these people. Kindly guide me to proceed further and the proof required to punish the culprits.
