Past 4 days i am getting threatening call from 7871229814,9551956086,9551956054 these number & he is introducing as a lawyer and using verbal abuse and vulgar words.

I hold credit card with ICICI Bank since 2005. Below mentioned Credit card has been not able to pay in some months so ICICI bank locked my salary account and take the amount against the credit limit of 51000. Finally i settle the amount to ICICI Credit section to Rs:74000/- and recevd the settlement letter & confirmation from ICICI also.

Credit Limit # Rs:51000/-

Even i settle the Amount I receive the frequently threatening calls that stated *1001 card is not made the payment. I cross check with the ICICI customer care, they didn’t answer properly for my queries in this regards.

My family is running based on the salary and I have lot of commitment in monthly basis.

I am not interested in having any relationship with ICICI.

I am really upset, and facing nervous breakdown because of torture from bank agents i stopped using my mobile.

Can someone look into this issue and help me out from this trouble made by ICICI.

Is there any form of mechanism where I can complaint against ICICI bank Credit Card telecallers? I have been getting calls from one Mahesh bansal from ICICI BAnk, RPG Tower, Andheri (E). tel no is 022-67105478.
I plan to lodge a police complaint because this man calls up on my office landline no. asking for some dues clearance for a credit card owned by my husband...can they really do this?? And on top of this, he speaks abusive language and vulgar talks...ON MY OFFICE LANDLINE NO.
