I am mentioning my complaint which I have sent to SBI credit card on 30 sept
Still awaiting there action

Dear SBI Team,

I am achyut acharya would like to inform you that there is a sbi credit card no 0004317575624180171
Issued on my name but I m not physically holding the card as I have never applied for such card.
This case is of year 2006 and since then I am getting call to pay the outstanding amount.
I have complained this matter many times to your tele callers but no subsequent action was taken in my favor.
None of your executives are able to tell me that where the card has been swapped or the purchased has been made as one copy of purchase receipt remains with the bank.
My name has been putted in CBIL by your department and a settlement notice has been issued to me.
I want a detail clarification for this

I have been even given a threatening call for recovery and without any valid proof
Of purchase my name was putted in CIBIL which affected my car loan application as bank
Rejected it due to CIBIL record even after I was fully eligible for the loan
I need a justice for my self mentally and monetarily as I have been harassed so much
