Respected Sir,

I am SBI credit card holder. cc no.4317-5755-5421-4362. 4 years back at the time of repayment the settlement between me and your employee Ms.Shivani .(9899700365) was done orally. She told me the settlement can be done in Rs.15,000/- and asked me to pay a cheque of amt. of 5000/- each in 3 insatlments only then will I receive my settlement letter.I paid a cq.of amt. 5000/- in my 1st cheque.(cq.no.:642236 dt.:30/8/07) .Within the next 2 months the remaining payment was done (cq.:642241 dt.:26/9/07 and cq.:664667 dt.:27/10/07).I have also received my settlement letter on 8/9/07, but now after 4 years they are telling me to repay the whole amount as I had not done a one time full payment.
They did'nt tell me that time that I was suppose to give a one full time payment.after 4 years they are calling me and asking for a repayment of 44,000/- and a settlement amt.of Rs.6,300.If i was suppose to pay the whole amount in one time then why did they take those 3 cheques at that time??
Kindly pay attention on this matter.
