Subject: Un-necessarly mobile call by SBI Card, Head Office Gurgaon


I, Ravinder Singh, is a permanent employee in State Bank of India. From last two months sbi card gurgaon head office is making calls on my branchs (Connect) phone connection regarding recovery of Rs.80000/- or so, for sbi card pending payment on my name i.e. RAVINDER SINGH.

In this connection is want to submit few ponits as under: -

1. New Connect Phone connections were installed at our branch just about four months ago.
2. SBI Card call on one of the newly installed connect phone connection about an sbi card payment on name of RAVINDER SINGH, as I am the person with same name posted at the branch my officials called me and I taked with SBI card and I confirmed sbi card that might they have called a wrong number or the number is transferred by the connect phone compny from the previous place/ address to our branch address. Sbi card asked me my full name, adress, mother name, and date of birth and I confirm them all. After that they confirm me to not to call me again.
3. But after few days sbi card again call on the same number for the same enquiry at this our officials gave them my personal mobile number and asked them to not to call of bank phone for this puspose.

4. Now sbi card is continusily calling me on my moble phone and they add my pesonal mobile phone number in the details of pending sbi payment sbi card number. At their this action I am afraid if they can amend the mobile number they may also amend the other details like, father name, date of birth of address ect. and ask me to pay the pending amount.

5. Today i.e. on 09.07.2010 at 11.43 am, one Mr. Sanjay again called my on my mobile phone for the same purpose. Though I have detailed him everythig and he confirm me once again to amend the details and delet my mobile number from the said accout of sbi card for pending amount, but I am not sure that they will do as they said

I just want to get your kind attention on this matter and request your godself to kindly take an appropriate action to ask/ stop sbi card to call me unnecessary.

As per SBI Credit card letter I have used this card for transaction of Rs.9269.00 incurred at ETREE MARKETING PVT LT MUMBAI IND and Rs.9808.00 incurred at CRAZYPRICING ET DELHI DEL on July 28, 2010 billed in my statement dated August 23, 2010 .

But why dont they try to belive and understand that I have not used my card for abovementioned both transections of Rs. 9269.00 and Rs.9808.00.
Therefor how the question arises to pay for it ? I am unable to understand.
I have already requested to close my SBI Credit card No. 5264685325742615. Once again I am requesting them to close my account and stop harassing me every now and then by teliphone or sending false statement.

Dear sirs,

my sbi credit card no. 4317575064360523, sbi have forwarded me the card in year 2006-07. I have once used the card and withdrawn rs. 5000/-. As i am not educated and do'nt know the terms & condition of the card. However i have never used the card apart from that withdrawal.

Since then i have paid to sbi around rs. 22000/- ( i have statement of the same) in number of times but still they are showing 18000/- pending. I am the patient of hear attack and recently was admit in the hospital (i have the discharge papers). I am being harassed by the banks day by day. I have requested them to settlement but they are saying you have to pay 12000/- more against settlement.

Please look into the matter and resolve the problem at the earliest.

Dear Sir

I am a resident to Ambawadi area in Ahmedabad Gujarat and facing a serious problem of SBI credit card telecalling dept Gurgaon. The problem is they are daily calling 2-3 times on my residence landline no.(079-26420927) and asking for some 'Mehta Brothers'. We are continously saying the phone no. is alloted to us and we are using this telephone no. since last 4 yrs and requesting them to update their data but there is no change from SBI credit card dept.

We had also given them in a writing and fax sent to them at their gurgaon office, even their was call for receiving the fax but still today morning some sunil, sandip started calling again.

I am not able to understand when we are saying wrong number or to update the number in their database since last 4 yrs then still why they are making calls again and again?

I hope after this they will update their data hence i will need to take legal action against the employee and sbi credit card dept-gurgaon.
