i have used my hdfc credit card in IRCTC for ticket reservation on 25 december, but payment was failed from bank side as stated by IRCTC, despite that my money was debited. i have communicated several times but no proper action has been taken for entire one month and they have taken payment from me of the above mentioned failed transaction.
why there is delay,
is there some foul play happening.
please sort out this problem.
