I have an HDFC Credit Card and had recently renewed my card points to get Shoppers Stop vouchers. I received the same but the date on the vouchers had expired.
I immediately complaint about it to HDFC but till now I am only getting assurances that someone will come and pick up these vouchers and every time a new complaint number is given.

Rs. 75 as charges for this has already been debited to my account.

The question is not about 75Rs. or vouchers but a big Private bank like HDFC giving such a service to its customer.
