Sir,
i have sb account and fixed deposits in your bank.
I applied credit card from last six months several phone came to me for verfication from chandigarh, lucknow , chennai. But till date ihave not rcvd the card. Card is only required for ticket bookingfrom my trip . I planned to go to u.s.a and ticket was rs 57000/- but credit card was not their.and this time that rs 57000/-to rs 82000/- who will responsible for this.
If your bank unable to provide kindly intimate i will close all the accounts and shift to another bank.

Default Complaint on HDFC Standard life insurance policy

My name is Seemeen.
I had policy called Suvidha Plus from HDFC life Insuramce.
I had surrender my policy on 13th august and til date they had not issue me a cheque. However as per there rule i should receive cheque within 10 days.
Everytime i had follwed up to HDFC people.They never shown intrest whethe customer's need. after 15 days when i enquired they said its courier to your address on 27th of August you wil get within a week after courier. I waited for a week, but still i have not mreceived teh cheque. Then again I had enquired in customer care on 7th of september, they said its deliverde to you and you have received it. I was very shocked that i had not received cheque then who has taken. Then i told them that i have not received. They checcked and confirm that its delives to sombpdyelse and we are sory for that. But just saying a sorry will not solve your proble. How people workng in such a Brand can be so irresponsible. They said they will recall and send it back to me. But there was another issue. They had printed wrong name on the cheque. Again i had complaint on 17th of september 2010. And they said i wil get it maximum within 7 working days. But still till date i.e. on 29th of september 2010 i have not received cheque. Whole day i tried to call in branch but these peole they even dont pick up the call. When i had complaint in customer care about this senario they said that might be they are busy so thats why they dont pick up the cal.
How sily and its very rediculous.
I can say one thing for HDFC Life Insurance" Naam Bade Aur Darshan Khote"
Very bitter experience for me atleast. The prpose why i had surrender the policy finaly not resolved. I wanted that amount as i was in need. But thse people thay dont have mnners how to speak with customer.
One thing i can say, if you want to take policy hen they will give you call several time in a day, but when it comes to refund the money they are just Bullshettt!!!

This communiqué is to briefly summarize the obnoxious, condescending ,humiliating and insulting manner which one of the goon organization engaged by HDFC corporation has behaved with my wife the holder of the above card causing incalculable damage to her physical and mental health besides demoralizing her all of this which necessitated her being examined by Dr.Prasad Shetty (stress management expert and psychiatric ****ysis) who concluded that she had gone into clinical depression and is on the following dosages:
1) lamosyn od-50-once at night
2) Mirtaz-30-once at night
3) D-veniz-50-morning and night
4) Zapiz 0.5-morning and night
Let me brief your so called premier organizations on the sequence of events that led to this highly deplorable and shameful situation resulting in damage to my wife`s mental health.
On the 27thSept`08 my I received a call from a lady from Tel. No. 65290068 who claimed that she was an LIC agent and needed an interaction with my wife and requested me for her mobile number and the office landline to which I without the least suspicion on what was going to follow parted with the mobile number and since my wife had just been reassigned a couple of days back could not communicate her landline number since i myself was unaware of it which I duly communicated to this lady.
What followed was absolutely shocking and unbelievable as this lady (name stated as pia) was nowhere near the LIC ambit and was attached to HDFC credit card recovery. She started to threaten my wife assisted in this nefarious and insidious activity by a Sequeira. The calls made from the moment they conversed with her till the end of the day were to be precise 40 calls. The office extension the number to Bharat Petroleum Refineries Ltd. (Mahul-Chembur) would have been cakewalk to access and the Extension to which is duly shared by three colleagues my wife included also kept ringing continuously incessantly as the attack was dual pronged-the cell phone and the office landline.
What followed was even more horrifying. These utterly horizontal beings in vertical bodies started to call all unrelated Extensions ie: colleagues and bosses who were totally unconnected with the event and used language which went like this ~WOH VANISHRI KO KHEECH KE LAO WOH SAALI MADARCHOD BANK KA PAISE KHAKAR PAISE NAHI DE RAHI HAI.USKA AADMI USKO CHODTA NAI HAI TO MERE PAAS BHEJ AUR TU BE BHOSADIKA SAMAJH LE KE HUM LOG KAUN HAI`.
This matter was taken very seriously and escalated to the General Manager(HR) and my wife was given an ultimatum that if again this sort of a matter came even close to happening the management of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd would be constrained to take the issue most seriously and initiate damage control as they deemed fit.
I am associated with media and very unfortunately am unproductive b`coz of a compound fracture to my left leg which has left me grounded for almost an year now. In the past also i was insulted by an Akash who went on to say` madarchod behenchod langde bank ka paisa khaya to majaa aaya abhi dene ko ghaand fathta hai kya` and he disconnected. I enquired with the bank who told me that first and foremost no Akash was in existence and nobody could communicate in this manner as all conversations are recorded. I chose to retain a stoic silence on this incident.
A few days later one Amit from HDFC called up and after being duly appraised agreed to do a settlement and said that from that moment on nobody but he would interact with us and the people who engaged in misdemeanour with us have been blacklisted. He conveniently disappeared after this.
One Mr.Gnyaneshwar from the HDFC helpline called us and profusely apologized on whatever transpired and assured us that now on only he will touch base if deemed necessary, no one else would connect with us as far as HDFC goes.
I have interacted with Mr.Deepak Parekh who is an extremely fine gentleman when I used to work with capital market magazine. I had the highest of respect for HDFC bank which no longer is the case and stands sabotaged.
We have lodged a complaint with the Navghar police stationed the case is with Inspector Vijay Kamble who had an interaction with these goons and the calls have now stopped.
I would like to escalate matterz a step further.
1)first and foremost i demand an unconditional apology for thi unruly,roadside behaviour by your agentz which has put my wife`s health in serious jeopardy as mental ailments are very serious and if neglected can be chaotic.My wife was perfectly allright and was not on any medicine AT ALL till such time your rowdies interacted with her.
2) I will not pay HDFC bank my pending dues and instead I demand to be compensated for all the agony, torture, insult and humiliation which both me and my wife have undergone.
This if the bank fails to take action on I will be constrained to escalate matters to
1)Mr.Prabhakar shinde(hon.corporator-shiv sena-mulund-east who is already briefed.
2.Ms.Vaity-women`s wing leader-shiv sena-mulund-east
3) The Hon. Police commissioner of Mumbai
4)The Reserve bank of india
5)The Hon. Home minister Shri R.R.Patil
6) The press and television channels
I am dead serious in this matter and if the bank does not reply to me to my satisfaction, I for a change warn HDFC bank and the goons hired by them of dire consequences.

Default Complaint HDFC Credit Card Excess Interest Charges

This is in concern with the Credit card I am holding from "HDFC Bank". I have been the charged unnecessary interest amount on my credit card by your team. During handing me the card KIT I was briefed by HDFC that any purchases done on the card would be automatically debited from my HDFC Savings bank account, but it was not done. Instead I was charged extra interest for nonpayment of the dues on time.
i have escalated this several times to the call centre and help guys but there is no response

Look into matter and i would appreciated if you help me solve it

Default Complaint HDFC Credit Card Settlement and Lien on salary account without prior inforn

Hi,

I am anHDFC Corporate Credit Card Holder since 2005. Since last year April, I had been continuously commu nicating with the bank over phones and mails regarding closure of my card and settlement. But everytime their collection executive comes at the end of the month and takes the minimum amount due and says next month you will receive a settlement offer from the Bank. This thing continued repeatedly till July 26th 2010 when I paid the last minimum amount due.To my utter surprise my salary Account has been put on hold (lien) from 4th October2010. ( Rs.18328) . On contacting HDFC credit Card division they have sais that either I need to sign a Debit note or after 15 days the total amount will be automatically debited. Please refer ny mail to HDFC and MY GM- FINANCE Mr. Shailendra's mail to HDFC regarding this. I'm in tremendous problem as my mother is to be operated immediately, and God forbidden if something happens to her HDFC Bank will be solely responsible for the irrepairable loss that I will have to bear under such consequences. Its my sincere appeal to the Consumer court to please treat this matter as VERY VERY URGENT and advise the bank to immediately make my Salary account active. Also if my issue is not resolved within Monday 11th October 2010, our GM Finance has conveyed that they would be deciding to remove all our accounts from HDFC to ICICI.

They gave me the number of Ms. Salma Khatoon (9331430897) and told that she is the concerned Debt Management officer for my Card settlement. I called her several times in the last 30 minutes but she is not picking up the phone. Please note that I am being harassed without any valid reason.

WOULD REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY TREAT THIS MATTER AS VERY VERY URGENT AND ACTIVATE MY SALARY ACCOUNT AT THE EARLIEST.

Also would like to inform you that I have not received any new card. My existing card number and the card number mentioned in the payment receipts given to me by your bank do not match, which again I think is a big DISCREPANCY on your part.

Hi

Please note that inspite of repeated requests nobody has from your bank has assisted me in settling this issue once and for all. To my utter surprise from yesterday onwards I,m not being able to withdraw any amount from my Salary account vide A/C No 02081050009595 Howrah Branch. Today after speaking to one executive of Gillander House branch I came to know that my Account has been put on hold from Chennai.

Kindly note that if I had any intention of not paying back what I am supposed to, in that case I would have shifted my salary account to ICICI since we have both the options of HDFC and ICICI. It is very disappointing that HDFC treats its corporate clients in this way. I have also raised this issue with our Accounts department and they are also thinking of parting ways with HDFC.

As requested earlier I once again request you to waive off my interest and late payment charges from April 2009 onwards and tell me the exact amount to be paid, which I will pay back in Six equal installments. But would request you to immediately make my Account active since on 7th October my mother's operation is due.

In case you feel that i have tried to default my payment intentionally, please send me a final settlement letter for the amount that has been out on hold and a Debit note which I will sign off and part ways with HDFC once and for all.

Please treat this as very very urgent and revert back at the earliest.

In case i dont get justice from your end I will be bound to take forward this matter to RBI and Consumer Court with all communications and documents available with me.

Dear Pritam,

Vishnu Agarwal , a WDC employee having salary account with your bank is not able to withdraw money from his account.

Please help as his corporate salary account has been put on hold without any prior intimation .

Dear customer,

We request you to write to talktous@hdfcbank.com with your credit card number, contact details and the reference id TTU00114808102010, so we can investigate your complaint in greater detail. It would also help if you could mention the particular charges you are disputing, so we can check and respond accordingly.

Hi

Please note that inspite of repeated requests nobody has from your bank has assisted me in settling this issue once and for all. To my utter surprise from yesterday onwards I,m not being able to withdraw any amount from my Salary account vide A/C No 02081050009595 Howrah Branch. Today after speaking to one executive of Gillander House branch I came to know that my Account has been put on hold from Chennai.

Kindly note that if I had any intention of not paying back what I am supposed to, in that case I would have shifted my salary account to ICICI since we have both the options of HDFC and ICICI. It is very disappointing that HDFC treats its corporate clients in this way. I have also raised this issue with our Accounts department and they are also thinking of parting ways with HDFC.

As requested earlier I once again request you to waive off my interest and late payment charges from April 2009 onwards and tell me the exact amount to be paid, which I will pay back in Six equal installments. But would request you to immediately make my Account active since on 7th October my mother's operation is due.

In case you feel that i have tried to default my payment intentionally, please send me a final settlement letter for the amount that has been out on hold and a Debit note which I will sign off and part ways with HDFC once and for all.

Please treat this as very very urgent and revert back at the earliest.

In case i dont get justice from your end I will be bound to take forward this matter to RBI and Consumer Court with all communications and documents available with me.

Let me brief your so called premier organizations on the sequence of events that led to this highly deplorable and shameful situation resulting in damage to my wife`s mental health.
On the 27thSept`08 my I received a call from a lady from Tel. No. 65290068 who claimed that she was an LIC agent and needed an interaction with my wife and requested me for her mobile number and the office landline to which I without the least suspicion on what was going to follow parted with the mobile number and since my wife had just been reassigned a couple of days back could not communicate her landline number since i myself was unaware of it which I duly communicated to this lady.
What followed was absolutely shocking and unbelievable as this lady (name stated as pia) was nowhere near the LIC ambit and was attached to HDFC credit card recovery. She started to threaten my wife assisted in this nefarious and insidious activity by a Sequeira. The calls made from the moment they conversed with her till the end of the day were to be precise 40 calls. The office extension the number to Bharat Petroleum Refineries Ltd. (Mahul-Chembur) would have been cakewalk to access and the Extension to which is duly shared by three colleagues my wife included also kept ringing continuously incessantly as the attack was dual pronged-the cell phone and the office landline.
What followed was even more horrifying. These utterly horizontal beings in vertical bodies started to call all unrelated Extensions ie: colleagues and bosses who were totally unconnected with the event and used language which went like this ~WOH VANISHRI KO KHEECH KE LAO WOH SAALI MADARCHOD BANK KA PAISE KHAKAR PAISE NAHI DE RAHI HAI.USKA AADMI USKO CHODTA NAI HAI TO MERE PAAS BHEJ AUR TU BE BHOSADIKA SAMAJH LE KE HUM LOG KAUN HAI`.
This matter was taken very seriously and escalated to the General Manager(HR) and my wife was given an ultimatum that if again this sort of a matter came even close to happening the management of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd would be constrained to take the issue most seriously and initiate damage control as they deemed fit.
I am associated with media and very unfortunately am unproductive b`coz of a compound fracture to my left leg which has left me grounded for almost an year now. In the past also i was insulted by an Akash who went on to say` madarchod behenchod langde bank ka paisa khaya to majaa aaya abhi dene ko ghaand fathta hai kya` and he disconnected. I enquired with the bank who told me that first and foremost no Akash was in existence and nobody could communicate in this manner as all conversations are recorded. I chose to retain a stoic silence on this incident.
A few days later one Amit from HDFC called up and after being duly appraised agreed to do a settlement and said that from that moment on nobody but he would interact with us and the people who engaged in misdemeanour with us have been blacklisted. He conveniently disappeared after this.
One Mr.Gnyaneshwar from the HDFC helpline called us and profusely apologized on whatever transpired and assured us that now on only he will touch base if deemed necessary, no one else would connect with us as far as HDFC goes.
I have interacted with Mr.Deepak Parekh who is an extremely fine gentleman when I used to work with capital market magazine. I had the highest of respect for HDFC bank which no longer is the case and stands sabotaged.
We have lodged a complaint with the Navghar police stationed the case is with Inspector Vijay Kamble who had an interaction with these goons and the calls have now stopped.
I would like to escalate matterz a step further.
1)first and foremost i demand an unconditional apology for thi unruly,roadside behaviour by your agentz which has put my wife`s health in serious jeopardy as mental ailments are very serious and if neglected can be chaotic.My wife was perfectly allright and was not on any medicine AT ALL till such time your rowdies interacted with her.
2) I will not pay HDFC bank my pending dues and instead I demand to be compensated for all the agony, torture, insult and humiliation which both me and my wife have undergone.
This if the bank fails to take action on I will be constrained to escalate matters to
1)Mr.Prabhakar shinde(hon.corporator-shiv sena-mulund-east who is already briefed.
2.Ms.Vaity-women`s wing leader-shiv sena-mulund-east
3) The Hon. Police commissioner of Mumbai
4)The Reserve bank of india
5)The Hon. Home minister Shri R.R.Patil
6) The press and television channels
I am dead serious in this matter and if the bank does not reply to me to my satisfaction, I for a change warn HDFC bank and the goons hired by them of dire consequences.

This is Arulkannan working in bangalore ,And the thing is the hdfc bank credit card customer has called me and they said you have to pay around 42000 rupees due to the credit card payment ,Then i told them i have used my card like max 15000 rupees only even the card limit was 15000 rupees only .Even i have tried from the net banking and even customer care also and from both side I got the information your card was blocked so our person will call you like that .After 6 month only they have called me and they are asking 42000 rupees due to the interest and i told i can paid whatever i spend money from that card but the are denied it then i asked to the senior person had he told you have to pay 35000 form that also you have to pay the initial amount 5000 rupees then with in two days you can pay the remaining amount and the same day i was get ready with 5000 rupees for the initial amount but in the mean time some bodies called from the hdfc credit card section to our office guys even three ladies also has attend the call and they have used many more filthy words the our office guys was crying fully on that day then i spoke to the nearest branch then they have stooped it and the main thing is with in 3 days i have paid full amount of 35000.But who will be the responsible for my job because i loss the job due to that reason So i want 100000 due to this cheating company otherwise i have full evidence with me .So i will meet in the court.

I never asked for a credit card from HDFC bank the executives calling from continuously and at last i have given my documents and it is under process it seems., Now it is hold because of some declaration form, why the hell you have not taken its in the beginning , and why the hell process going like three executives came for verification and at last it is in hold why hell we want such F***ing card????

I am holder of credit card no xxxxxxxxxxxx1879 from last four years and settled this card one year back in 2009,from last one year i am paying 5200 every month stating that this reducing my credit card outstanding but sorry the services which you are giving to customer care and credit card division you are running is pathetic every time i am getting calls from hdfc bank credit card division telling you have to pay this much of amount i directly go to ATM and transfer that much of amount to HDFC Bank.
Now i applied for Auto Loan in HDFC Bank but it got rejected due to out standing amount in credit card in my name is showing i.e.,93000/-
I get settled in 2009 the amount for the same is 75000/- and i payed 67000/- till now i contacted one of credit card division member his no. is 9313893670 he is telling you have to pay 93000/- again if you want to settle the card is that the way you service your customer i am elite holder of salary account and holder of personnel loan No.xxxx2084. I am chasing customer care guy from last two year i am not getting any satisfactory solution.
Pls resolve this case as soon possible and i need take the outstanding amount and provide me the NOC from the credit card which is pain for my life it was biggest mistake i have done in my life to having HDFC CREDIT CARD.
If this is not going to resolve in 72 HRS i am going to file case agaist HDFC Bank and we will meet in Court.

I had a hdfc corporate credit card ( 5566204200105552) while i was working in a telecom firm at pune....i quit that company in jan 2009 and i requested for address change which didnt happen...after that its been almost 2 years i havent recieved any bills....whatever transactions i did from the card i paid thru netbanking initially but then i stopped using the card....and now i got a call saying that my dues are around 32k which is shocking.
- no bills from 2 years
- no intimation from the bank whatsoever
- no alerts

i am ready to settle the account with the real dues ( without interest,unknown transactions which must be included).
do let me know the minimum settlement amount if its needed to be resolved ...thanks

I am Mr. Mahesh Bhagwat

I have never used my credit card even though bank has send me the notice to pay the dues of Rs. 36000
the hdfc bank has given me harrassing calls, send people to my house and threatened my child in my absence.
they called me to some adalat at dadar but was notknowing anything since i have not used the credit card and now they send me advocate notice and gave me some number of Mr. Arun Kamble which no. is out of coverage.

they called me to some adalat at dadar but was notknowing anything since i have not used the credit card and now they send me advocate notice and gave me some number of Mr. Arun Kamble which no. is out of coverage.
