    Angry HDFC Bank Credit Card complaint

    Hi,

    This is Bhavish. I have a credit card No. XXXXXXXXX from HDFC Bank. I'm not using that credit card from past 6-7 months but making payment of minimum balance, now there was some outstanding on my a/c which I didn't pay Because I知 not financial sound and recently I join a company after 8 months without job, I request him to give me 2 or 3 months time to recover self & start making payment of minimum balance.

    Now I am getting calls from (Tel. : No. +911143145100/ 43145300/43145000/ 66219061/9310344981/9310478907/66219031) the HDFC Bank (a person) and he harassed me & my family members and telling me to borrow money from relatives & neighbours or whosoever, they even call my wife & threatening her that if I知 not able to make the payment she値l ruined her Job.

    The representatives are talking shit. They are abusing in Hindi language and hight of bull shit that they called up to my curent organisation at all the extensions and abusing everybody even to my Seniors. They have register a complaint against HDFC Bank.Numbers were +911143145100/ 43145300/43145000/ 66219061/9310344981/9310478907/66219031.

    The credit card is issued in my Name and neither my wife nor any of my family members is supposed to do anything with my credit cards.

    The person infect threatened my Mother whose (50+) & my Father whose (55+) to make the payment on my behalf.

    HDFC Bank people harass customer in name of collection.

    Now you tell what should i do as when i was talking to HDFC people politly you people started abusing. Either you people abuse me or take your payment. So after listening such bullshit abusive language its not at possible that i will pay you people. i have my respect and your bank has given authorization to recovery agent to say anything whatever they want. They are saying teri maa ki and mere ghar aa jao and you people are expecting i will pay. I am very sorry for the same.

    Please block my card and saving account too as i dont want to carry any relation with this bank. I was a very good customer but just because i did not pay for 2 months you people are created so much cheos for me, even i told my problems and asked for 1 week then too i listen that bull shit.

    Please tell me what should I do?

    Hi Bhavish,

    I have the same complaint, besides, now they have inflated my outstanding, apart from harassing me, they come unannounced to my home & create chaos.
    I am in South Delhi. I have been a good customer to them.. however recently I have some financial problems. Their treatment is uncouth, irrationale & crass. Sometimes I fell like making a police complaint. Luckily they haven't misbehaved so badly as yet.

    I too have been getting calls from the same numbers since April this year. I had to shell out a lot to keep them satisfied, but they are too greedy and harassing, It is a standard technique.

    This is Kali. I have closed my credit card during 2009 December. There is a CPP(Card Protection Plan), which was communicated by the customer care and I didnot accept to it too. By still they deduction around 1000 Rs. and while closing my card I told them i shall not pay that amount. Even after 10 months they r calling me and my native place regularly and due to this I really get mental stress.

    I have paid the amount which was told by the customer care person 1.5 months back & now they come back & tell me I need to pay some more amount for the same. Please help me where I can legally register a complaint against them or to get rid of this issue.

    I think that you should always keep relationship with Govt.Organizations such as BSNL, SBI even though there charges might be higher.

    Angry Hdfc credit card complaint

    Dear all,


    My name is Amit Kumar. I was working with a bank **********. I had a credit card of HDFC bank which they had given me against my Personal Loan which i had taken. Every time I had done the payment on time but recently i lost my job and due to which I am in a financial crisis & was not able to do the payment. People from HDFC customer care started calling me up(03366223800,03366223700) & asked for the payment which i politely said that i would be doing it in the coming month as i am in a problem. This lady "SATSONA" started shouting on me & threatened me for the payment. They even sent a recovery guy withot my knowledge to my house who aslo embarrased me by using foul words in front of others. I am very much shocked & mentally harassed by this act. I had been offended by people who work for such a big & reputed bank.

    I am very much ashamed of this thing that i have a relation with this kind of Bank.
    I am going to report the same to Banking Ombudsman & file a case against HDFC bank for threating & harassing me.
