Hi Sir / Madam,

My name is Alok Patel. holding hdfc bank credit card. i am unable to make my minimum payment towards my credit cards bill from last two months and hence i am getting collection calls left right and center. they are threatening me and abusing me. along with that they threatening to come at my house and create scene in front of my parents and neighbours. i requested them to provide me another months time to make my minimum payment. please tell me is that possible that they can come at my place and hit me or ruin my image in front of my parents and relative.


please provide me guidance for he same.
