Hi,

Please suggest me action against the HDFC bank Creadit Card.

Sotry is like i shifted to pune so i was not using my mumbai number on daily basis.so whatever SMS receiceved on that number is not seen by me atleast 7 to 8 days.

24/07/2011 :- Somebody called at HDFC and rasie a request to change the EMAIL ID and HDFC done that they sent SMS to me for this.
27/07/2011:- Person who called changed my password through EMAIL ID.
and then he made 2 transeaction of 1000+10000 at night 2 AM at same moment HDFC person called me and asked about these transeaction and i told him no.. this is not done by me..

and same time he bloked the card..

i already given application of dispute transeaction two times..
but HDFC person are telling these transeaction have to pay by you only..

Issue is not of 11000 issue is it's not safe today it was 11000 tomrrow it can be 1110000 and there is no option to get it back..

please tell me what is the appropriate action i can take on it..
