My card no is 4050282001823025 , I am using this card since last 6 to seven years and never had issue of late payments etc ,it has been only since last july 2009 i was not getting the statement on time and despite of several complaints to yur executives at phone banking they were reluctant to reply stating that we had send as a matter last august 2009 i recived statementa after due date so naturally the cheque which i had deposited got credited late by four days so now your bank has charged me Rs900 as late fees I have been writing to tou customer service manager since september 2009 for reversal of late fee charges but no reply instead of that the late fee charges has no accumulated to Rs 5000 , and i am getting phone calls and letters stating that your anme will be include in defaulters list for the oney which i had not spend or no loan taken ,also last month17 may 2010 i had paid via cheque Rs1000 to credit card stating to close this issue as you wanted me to pay late fees which i had paid but still bank is saying no and they are calling and harrassing and sending letters stating pay entire late fee of Rs 4124.63 as matter of fact i have not spend nor i had taken aloan against card for what i should pay for theri fault of sending statement late to me i have already paid them rs 1000 form my pocket what should i do they are unnecsary sending me letters and charging for the money which i had never swiped against card stating late fees which i had paid also to them and now make my life miserable. PLZ HELP ME

I got a call offering me a credit card. They wanted my ss# and checking acct. numbers, so they could withdraw the fee. I gave them erroneous information, just to keep them on the line. I told them I thought they were scammers and the longer I kept them on the line with me, the less time they had to scam some vulnerable person who is desperate for credit. After checking on this card, I learned that it can only be used at retailers that are connected or "contracted" with their program. So they make their money in the initiation fees.
