I am worried all this things are happening without knowing to bank?

My card num: 5243681000348162

My card payment due date is 27th every month, due date crossed and now it is 14th dec, it is around 16 days late, I see there are late payment charges in the account and day to day basis interest on total outstanding. So banks are always safe and takes there money with enough interest.

I am getting calls repeatedly from collection members, they asked me when I will pay the bill, I said before 27th, I answered there question but again they say I have to pay it today itself or else they will send goondas to residence/office in the form of agents/managers.
This all because of only 16 days delay..

Because of there calls I am getting time waste from office hours, loosing the productivity at work. they will call and will not end up with a question after answer there question they will start insisting and harassing, time passes in that way. So decided to complaint on this bank and there activities against customers.

Today Shahini called me on my mobile and started irritating, these guys should be shame on doing these kind of jobs. They use to say they are from bank and when I ask for employee Id they say that they will not disclose that, bank has disclosed our details to others, like mobile number address etc.. Actually bank should not disclose our personal information to others, bank should send authorized collection depts address and contact numbers before they send our information to collection teams.

I use to get calls and these names Shahini, etc.., they says they are from bank, and bank manager.
They will start talking on phone like for example if some house getting fired and you need to call to fire engine then how you will talk? in that way they will start,...

If bank does not aware of these activities I shall request to check into these.
If I am busy at work I will not lift the call they use to call to office number, how far these activities are accepted?

I have raised a complaint to higher officials on this matter, lets see there response.
