Some of the unknown HDFC Credit card no : 4346781007896780 got linked to my HDFC Savings bank a/c : 00771490004376 and auto debited some amount. This issue is going on for last 1 & half year.

When I fought with HDFC bank they removed the credit card link and re credited my amount back.

After some time I have applied for Personal loan for the purpose of my marriage, all banks rejected my loan proposal because of the out Standing balance in the credit card (based on the CIBIL’s rating)

I’m really don’t hold any HDFC credit card and they have distributed it to someone else on my name and attached to my PAN Card, but date of birth and address differs from mine.

I have contacted so many times to HDFC Credit Card Division and also to Reserve Bank Ombudsman to get it resolved. But no is responding properly.


Once again now same issue is repeating once again and around Rs. 11083.52 from my HDFC Savings bank a/c : 00771490004376 has been transferred automatically to the credit card 4346781007896780 which I doesn’t own on 14/01/2012.

I even HDFC Grevience cell but could get any response for last coule of months.

Please look into this issue seriously.
