Not giving any value to customer money? Not Educated Staff in Credit Card Department as Well as any other department, staff not able to do simple plus and minus calculation have proof with record.

My complaint is not giving any value to customer money, no minus amount is recorded after submitting customer money against credit card amount. So Need to teach them all team maths classes...
