    Hello,

    I had applied for credit card 1 week back, could you please let me know what is the status of the Card and when will i be receiving the card.

    Hi i have applied credit card one month back i got sms on 21 sep 2011 saying pls responde to the letter send by us but till today i have not received that letter. May i know whats the reason for this delay my ref Num is 1109141625740W1.

    Question Status of credit card

    Hi,

    I was applied for credit card twice but it got rejected on both time.
    First time rejection was my fault because I was unable to provide the permanent address proof.
    Now second time I take care of everything and give each and every document possible. I got reference no also on 13/09/2011 and the reference no. is 11091218835180W2. I called customer care minimum 10 to 12 times. They dont have the updated information regarding my card.

    I got a message that pls responde to the letter send by us but till today i have not received that letter
    After some day a man came in my office for verification. He give me a form to sign and I again gave him my all documents like my company letter, my address proof, my bussiness card once more. He told me that my all documents are ok and I will receive my card in 5 to 10 days.
    And today when I called customer care to ask the status she said my request has declined, reason that I have not submitted my bussiness address proof. And the last update made by credit department was on 20th sept.

    So I dont know where the problem lies. Can u please explain ?

    I got the reference number:11092919656280n and i need to fill a form. i need to know what i need to do and which form. Told to the customer service , they told that the application is on hold and the form is available on HDFC website . but i didn't find any form there. please help

    Thumbs down HDFC Cr Card Settlement Request

    Hi,
    I have a HDFC gold Credit card.
    It was used till July 2010 for small amounts and I was regularly paying some small amounts. I can say my total card swipe was less that Rs. 7,000. And I was paying minimum amt due and i dont think that was ever reflected or adjusted in the statements. I calculated the total amt I have paid towards the card till day( March 2010 till Oct'2011) is RS. 28250 and my Cr card due amt is RS. 24,000.
    I called up helpdesk so many times in past few month asking for help to settle the card. But they never helped. I want to settle the card and need assistance.

    I am not ok to pay RS. 24,000 which is no where near to the actual swiped amt plus I have paid 28,250 already.

    Need assistance.

    Default Cancellation of HDFC Credit Card

    Hai,

    This is Venkata from Bangalore, I am the HDFC credit card holder from last 1 Year. Now i want to close my card for this i called customer care always they replied that " clear all the dues, after that send the cancellation request to chenni, within 10 days we will cancel and send the NOC certificate" but i heared that in forum there was so many complaints that after clear the amount by the customer, puposively they are delaying the cancellation of card and asking the payment (installment) again and again.

    To avoid all these things..

    Please send your executive to my contact address along with all the cancellation and NOC certificates, so that i can give the dues amount cheque (A/c pay only) to your Executive.

    Thumbs down Credit Card Application still under process

    I have applied for a credit card. The executive have taken my documents from my office and committed to process the card within 21 days.

    After taking so many follow up with the bankers, earlier they were updating the same is under process and no other details we can tell you. But today they responded that the same has been declined long back on 2nd November itself and no other details we can tell you again.

    I have opened my account in HDFC because my colleague is very happy with the credit card services. Is this the way to underestimate the new customers to believe in your services?

    Hi ,

    I have applied for the Credit Card Around 3 weeks back and got many verification callon my mobile and Office landline and at that time they told me that your card will be issue to you within 7-10 days . i have ask those guys also that if they want the home verification so they just come after 30th oct . as i will not present .

    today i call them so they are saying that your credit card is rejected so , but they are not saying any reason for rejection . while submitting the document and while on verification call i have noticed them that i will not be present at my home while on the particular dates. but they are so irresponsible that they have not taken this seriously ..

    can any one help me in this case from HDFC ....i am only having the application refernce no.

    Post Lost HDFC Card

    Hi,

    I lost the card and reported the same. Please let me know which card number will be present on the new card. Either new card will be generated or Old card number will be present on newly issued card.

    Default HDFC Credit Card

    Hi Sir,

    My name is Juver khan and i am an existing customer of HDFC bank.

    I appiled for HDFC credit card one month ago and already received verification calls from bank on my number, my work place, etc.

    But they are not providing any information regarding the credit card.

    When i called to the phone banking services, and asked the lady what happen if the courier guy from whom you are sending me the card will misuse it, she told me that i have to pay for that.

    This is really intolerable. Why would i have to pay for something i never received and the bank can't even take the guarantee if the card would be send to me safely or not.

    Maybe they are misleading me and using the credit card and as soon as i will receive the card they will send me the statement and ask me to pay.

    All they have provided me is the reference number 11122220104380O2 and nothing else.

    I would really appreciate if my issue will be resolved as i do not want to pay for something i never received or never used.

After 3-4 days, I again got a message from HDFC Credit card saying “Dear Applicant pls respond to letter send to you for further processing of HDFC Credit Card.” I called up your contact center and told them. They have asked me to drop you this application with my Residential and Office Address Details: I have also dropped 1 copy of this in the HDFC ATM at Pune - Satara Rd.     Hi,

    I actually have HDFC as Well as IDBI credit card. To be frank IDBI is really best suitable for all the users. They really have some better offers as compare to HDFC. Tehy also have some better offers as compare to other banks too. I also have saving account in that bank.
