    Default HDFC credit card complaint

    Hi team,
    This is in reference to the credit card that i had in the past from H.D.F.C bank.I am getting collections calls from HDFC BANK janakpuri branch which is near by mattha towers.They have been harresing my family n me to pay the bill they have been calliNg me 300-400 times in a day from different numbers and they are taking about the money .Guy named Rajesh Kumar and Naveen Handa they have abused my mother and father they are calling my job every evening .Iam sick n tired of their calls that they are making to me i told them that i hav paid this bill but they are not even listening to me . they are blackmailing me and my mother they we will come at your home n will take us out on the roads please do something iam afraid they can create voilence any time at my place please take care of this matter as soon as possible.i do not have the card number but they have all of my detalis,they are calling me from.9911170700 this is the number of the collection manager (NAVEEN HANDA)and their landline number is 45501820.person name is (Rajesh Kumar)please take strict action against them so that they do not make 300-400 calls a day i have all the missed calls in my records and if u have any concern u callme at 9871560072.please take immediate action against them ill be waiting for your reply.

    Default hareshment by credit card people

    My card no is 4346 7720 0789 5427 and behalf of my credit card comapny has been issued a mediclaim policy in 2008 but till date I have not yet receied in policy details and they have deducted the policy charge from my credit card. Meanwhile I have been hospitalized and spent about 25000 to 30000 Rs in my treatment on that time policy was needed and I had not the same. So I think I am not liable for any payment for the same policy If I have not any policy papers.
    My second and serious issue is that people from HDFC BANK collection department threatening me since one year regarding the same payment and I have made many times complaint in banks's customer care but it has not made any difference in there attitude. Recently I have received a collecion call from 011-43161720, 011-43393200 (Naraina Branch) , person name - Mr Karan Verma- , He has given me and my family members a life threat if I am no paying the amount. He has also abused me very badly on the basis of my cast and place .
    Mr, Verma has called me up at Naraina Branch and I have to go there , if any mishappenning would take place then it would be Bank's responsibility.

    Default deactivation of credit card

    hi
    i am credit card holder of HDFC. i want to deactivate my card as i paid entry credit due on this card.what are the proceedings do i have to follow. personal reasons i dont want to use my card..pls suggest me method to follow to deactivate my card
