    Question Hdfc credit card dept.

    This is regarding my HDFC credit card dispute which remains unresolved from past 4 months inspite of repeated complaints to the Customer care dept. The transaction was never done through my card on 13th august,2010. having done the follow up we were assured that the matter was resolved but later we get statement saying we have to pay EMI for the transaction done on 13th Sept.2010.There has been sheer non co-operation from the customer care and we have been harassed by them.they have not generated any statement to us on our request for the same.now, the collection people are coming at my place and troubling my old parents.There is discrepancy in the card nos. on the statement i received and the no. on the card chip and also on the dates of purchase.our request has not been paid any heed.
