I had a credit card which stands closed from past 3 yrs & they had claimed that they will file a case for claiming the outstanding. These guys from HDFC collections section by name Arunkumar (Bangalore) - 990268199 / 7829773288 & other 2 members have been haunting at my residence, our tenants & causing problems to daily life.

If this does not get addressed at this forum i would regretfully file a case for causing disharmony in my life. I have had a very co-operative relationship with the bank from a decade except this instance & the only means for us to resolve is by legal proceedings & not acts of goondaism.

Person by name Avinash Bhushan who has quoted this online is an intentional defaulter and is a false allegation made by him. He has dues upto Rs.510723.27/- and trying to avoid bank collection follow ups since he is out of jail after getting bail. He has also not even paid the lawyer fees for getting bail and absconding. He has given the residence to tenant who is not aware of any thing.

This person Avinash Bhushan and his family are leading posh lifestyle and clearly have no intention to pay back the money utilized by them.

Everyone be noted this is purely intention of not making the repayment and alleging Bank by giving false excuses.

Please advise him to contact the bank officer immediately and close this matter amicably.
