Please Suggest me to Action againts HDFC Bank.

Case History FYI :

year 2007 - 2008 I filled the salary A/c form with HDFC bank which had a credit card form with it.
the credit card form had a policy form of Bajaj allice which was optional. I was told that there will be a confirmation call form to active the policy. I never received any call from them nor the Credit Card neither the Policy.

Suddenly I started getting the Credit Card statement for the same policy(which i never received). After complaining about this to service department., there was no feedback from them. I also asked them the aknowledgement receipt of the credit card delivery and the policy too, they dint gave me any data regarding this.

year 2011 - The bank has added my name in the CBIL defaulter list I am unable get any other credit card, the HDFC credit card department has no proof of delivery of Credit Card to me, they are responding to me that they are waiting for the verification department to revert.


From 2008 to 2011 HDFC Credit Card department is wating for the verification department to revert. And I am suffering because of the poor operations.
The CC department is asking me to pay Rs. 5000 for settlement, but why should I pay the money when I have not utilised it and above all?????
