I have a outstanding due with HDFC Credit Card !! the outstanding amount was 28200/- , After negociating we agreed on closing the credit card due at 20000 , I paid the amount at the said time and duration. When i ask for the closing statement they said it will take 15 days of working . I Keep calling them up and ask for the letter , they keep telling me the same . And now they are asking for more 8200 from me . They refussed to pay the bill also .

It is a cheating .... now they call me and theaten me ... used bad work and all .
